1st Lyminge Scouts and Explorers had an amazing time recently at the Kent International Jamboree

Open to members of the Scout and Guide Associations from across the world aged 10 – 17 years old, the Kent International Jamboree offerd the opportunity to experience the true meaning of a Jamboree, joining over 5,000 young people together for a week of friendships and discovery of the world around them.

Look out for it returning in the Summer of 2025, KIJ promises to be a festival of Fun, Friends & Adventures!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
